Glen is the Executive Vice President for Garth Solutions, Inc. (GSI) and offers over 20 years of combined military, business and management consulting experience transcending the US Navy. Thereafter, he honed his consultative approach to the business development process while working for well-known Fortune #500 corporations such as HCA and United Healthcare. This resulted in an experiential foundation that has translated into impactful & ongoing B2B relationships with market partners such as Skanska USA, AECOM, HEERY International, TY LIN, HKS, JLL, Clear Channel, LeFrak, Turnberry, Infralinx and many others.

Glen has led some of GSI’s most prominent projects and the more recent initiative to assist one of the largest biodiesel producers in the USA with their due diligence efforts and multi-stakeholder outreach campaign for international expansion into Jamaica and the greater Caribbean market. Glen is an integral part of the strategic development process for all Garth Solutions undertakings.

Today, Glen’s primary focus is to lead the new markets growth of Garth Solutions International office in Jamaica, its clients and to leverage his dynamic business development acumen and executive level relationships to drive outcomes.

Glen has served as a former Board Member to the PA, NJ, DE African American Chamber of Commerce in Philadelphia, PA and has won multiple professional achievement awards while also being featured in national trade publications and news periodicals such as DiversityPlus Magazine, Newark Star Ledger, New Jersey & Company magazine, Philadelphia Tribune, The Jamaica Gleaner, Jamaica Observer and others.

Glen is committed to the core values of honor, courage and commitment, qualities instilled while he served honorably in the US Navy for eight years. This call to service garnered him the coveted Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his support of naval medical research initiatives. He has earned degrees from the University of Southern Illinois University and the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences.
